Got a mysterious phone call today from the Ministry of Finance to have me call them etc…  Nothing was given for the reason, so with trepidation, I dialed them up.  The lady on the other end was very nice and apologetic.  It seems that my payment of the taxes on the purchase of C-FJYF (see this entry) was sent to the wrong folks (I sent it to the Provincial Government) and they have cashed it.  Apologizing, she assured me that they would issue a refund in the next 4-6 weeks where upon I will be able to send it along to the correct folks (the Federal Government).
