Gary (from Action Ultralights) called today to let me know that the comm radio checked out ok!  He plugged it into the Genesis we’re rebuilding at his place that has the exact same radio, and it came alive right away, still had the frequencies that were saved in it etc…

This is great news, just looks like the wiring harness might need to be scrapped, definitely the cheaper of the two options 🙂
